A Perry Homes is once again sponsoring the “For Kids 5K” event to benefit the Chilldren of The Settlement House of Northwestern University.  This year’s event is being held on September 26. Participants will gather at the A.Perry Homes Studio, 564 Lincoln Avenue, Winnetka at 10:00am.  The course winds through the beautiful neighborhoods of Winnetka and finishes on the Green Bay Trail. The race is not only stroller friendly, but stoller encouraged!  Festivities will continue after the race at the Winnetka Community House, 620 Lincoln Avenue, Winnetka with live music, food and fun!  All finishers under 14 will receive a finisher’s medal.  The top 3 female and male finishers will also receive medals. The registration fee of $20 for children, military & students and $35 for adults, includes a performance shirts and goodie bags for the first 500 runners. To register:  ForKids5K.com
