The Winnetka-Northfield Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony welcoming North Shore Frugal Fashionista to the Chamber on Thursday, November 12 at the home of Nancy and John Riddle. The event was held in conjunction with an open house and sale of NSFF’s line of clothing, jewelry and accessories.
