Zengeler Cleaners recently introduced Oscar Gonzalez as the new Director of Business Operations. Gonzalez is an 11 year employee of the family owned company, serving as Store Manager since 2008 at the Dundee Road location in Northbrook. In his new role, Gonzalez will supervise operations at all eight store locations.  “Zengeler Cleaners is delighted that Oscar Gonzalez has accepted our newly-created position of Director of Business Operations,” said Tom Zengeler, President of Zengeler Cleaners. “Oscar has done an outstanding job as Manager of our Northbrook store for the past seven years.  He is well liked and respected by our customers and employees alike–important qualities in his new role. With the recent opening of our brand new store in Northbrook and the continued growth at all eight locations, this was the perfect time to create this new position and Oscar is the perfect person to lead our team.”

Oscar Gonzalez joined Zengeler’s in 2004 as a clerk in the Northbrook store.  Right from the start, Oscar demonstrated his belief in the core values of Zengeler’s going out of his way to exceed customer expectations.  His hard work and dedication quickly paid off, resulting in Oscar’s promotion from clerk to manager in four years. “A big reason I enjoy working for Zengeler’s is ownership treats all of us like family,” said Oscar.  “I have my own growing family, and that makes this a great place for me to work.”
