The Winnetka-Northfield Chamber of Commerce a conducted ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday, December 22 to commemorate the opening of The North Shore Frugal Fashionista, 552 Lincoln Avenue, Sutie E, Winnetka.  Owner Nancy Riddle is a purveyor of vintage finds, such as: purses, suede & leather jackets, vests, skirts, as well as clothes, costume jewelry, scarves, and makeup for teens, tweens and adults.  The frugal fashionista has been running sales at the Northfield Farmers’ Market and at various private events on the North Shore. The store is open in time for last minute holiday shopping and for outfitting high school and college students before they head back to class.
